What am I doing here? How have I got into this state? This may be exactly what you are asking yourself as you look at this page. Perhaps you’re experiencing relationship problems, stress at work, or feeling anxious, depressed and alone. Maybe you’re sad, angry, or struggling to like yourself. My name is Kate and I aim to help any individual 18 years and over. My practice is LGBTQ+ friendly.

I still remember the first time I contacted a therapist (my GP referred me after I burst into tears when she kindly asked me how I was). I remember how anxious I felt and I really wasn’t sure I would be able to share my thoughts with a complete stranger – I even found myself thinking, what have I got to complain about?

This site will hopefully give you an idea of the sort of person I am, as well as all the information you need about my training, my approach and how to contact me.
