I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychosynthesis Counselling (PGDip) awarded by the Psychosynthesis Trust and Middlesex University and accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP).

I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

In addition to my private practice I am also a Training Assistant at the Psychosynthesis Trust which runs high quality training programmes for counsellors and psychotherapists.

I can help with many issues including: depression, self-esteem, anxiety & stress, addictions, bereavement, panic attacks, family & relationship concerns, career or life choices and questions of meaning and spirituality and have worked with adults with different ethnicity, sexual orientation, religious and cultural background.

I follow the BACP Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Professional Conduct Procedure

I offer sessions in English and French.

I am also committed to pursuing regular personal and professional development activities to widen my professional knowledge and deepen my self-awareness.
